EBS (Elm Business Solutions) is a technology advisory and sourcing firm. We help leaders build technology roadmaps, manage risk, evaluate providers, and make better technology investments.

We are **not** an MSP. EBS owns strategy, requirements, provider comparison, and governance. Qualified providers own engineering, implementation, and support.
