- Who does the technical work?
- Selected providers deliver architecture, migration, managed services, and support under their own agreements. EBS remains involved for decision support, QBRs, renewals, and escalation when business expectations are not being met.
- What does a typical month look like?
- A consistent rhythm: prepare priorities, meet with leadership, review roadmap and renewals, follow up on decisions, and keep risk and vendor visibility current - focused on business decisions, not ticket counts.
- Can vCIO include provider sourcing?
- Yes. When the roadmap calls for a new or replacement provider, EBS helps define requirements, compare options, and support the decision while delivery stays with the selected provider.
